This is the 4th topper I’ve bought from them. Every time the process is smooth. I always feel heard and respected. The install of topper, rack, slide is always top quality.
I had not heard about Autoplex until I was shopping to have my seats reupholstered. I called a company called Katzkin which does new leather kits to be installed at local shops. They aren't seat covers but an actual replacement for your old leather or fabric seats. I got the kit ordered from Katzkin and got an appointment setup with Autoplex to have them installed. Nate was the installer for my vehicle. The job was difficult because of wiring issues for the heating and cooling in the seat kits and placement of switches. When I got the vehicle back there were some issues with the install. The passenger seat was loose and the heating and cooling stopped working almost immediately and part of the install on that same seat looked like it was kind of Jerry rigged. I was advised by Nate that certain things were not included on the kit like they should have been from the factory. I got hold of Katzkin and showed them pictures and they sent out a new front kit and recut the leather... to make sure the fitment was right. It came out perfect on the second attempt. Everything working and everything looks good. I am very happy with the work done and the fact that both Autoplex and Katzkin did what they needed to in order to make things right. I know stuff happens and not every vehicle is the same, so I was never under the impression that there wouldn't be issues. I was just impressed by the fact that both companies stood behind their work and when it wasn't right neither tried to get out of it. They acknowledged it, addressed it and fixed it. I hope everything lasts and that there are no other issues. Only time will tell, but as for now I am very happy with Nate's work and the product that Katzkin put out.read more

Installed a 5th wheel hitch on my Ford F250. The price was right and the work was quality. My only complaint? Nothing to do for 3 hours and nothing within walking distance. Bring a book and settle in. The chairs were comfy tho. : )

I had window tinting done on two vehicles, both were taken in as scheduled and completed very fast, very professional.

Dave and the team have done work on all three of our vehicles. Most recently, they were able to do something extra for me while they had the vehicle. Everything they've done from headlights, to lifts, to remote starters has been excellent.

Informative and got me in in a timely manner. The only thing negative I have to say is I thought it was slightly overpriced. In general well pleased. We shall see how it goes when the first time I pull a trailer and a load.
Impressed by the knowledgeable, thoughtful, and straightforward staff, and very clean install of heated seats on my wife's brand new car. Autoplex isn't just another auto parts/body shop, but a professional operation. I was worried about how they open up the new seat to add this, but it's a very factory look, seat looks exactly the same as I left it, but now have heat and a dual-level control switch. I may be back sometime for their front-end/hood clear protection offerings!
I had window tinted in my Toyota car. Also having a Decked system put in next Thursday in my 2500 Ram truck. Great service all the time.

Plan was to drop my truck off that night for next morning work, due to my work schedule which they accommodated, before I was picked up to leave they were already taking my truck inside. Was notified next day truck was done and the quality of work this place does is the reason I have gone back over and over, with my personal vehicles and even taken company vehicles here, workmanship is clean, warranty is unbeatable and the outstanding staff/customer relationship continues to surprise me, perfect! They did a great job and pointed out areas they would improve the tailgate sealant over the stock Mopar truck bed liner. They were prompt and couterous with same day service!
I made an appointment with them to get my windows tinted.It was going to be the front windshield only but I asked last second if they could add a sun strip to the top on top of the tint they would be doing and sure enough the tint person said they would just throw it into the time frame. They've tinted my windows in the past and now did again. Nothing but good results.They only tint as low as 15% on all side and back window, the ly only tint 50% on windshields, and 5% as a sun strip. They have 3 tint type options.
My daughter’s tint came out looking good ! She was happy and the service was excellent! Shot out to Joshua Sanchez for the great customer service!

So one year ago I bought a topper, hitch and tough bed liner. The bed liner was great. The topper and the hitch wiring was another story. It took 4 visits for the tech to get the wiring right. What a joke. I never complained. Now for the topper, bad leak in the front. When I went in "The tech" adjusted the weather strip. It leaked worse. When I complained the guy said we don't guarantee that it won't leak...Final analysis, go to the Loveland Autoplex. Had my windows tinted on my 2021 Civic, the customer service is splendid and since I didn't have an appointment they fit me in today which I gladly appreciate! Once I picked up my vehicle, it was a simple pay and go home. Really enjoyed the experience, patience is key to getting it done right. Had some bubbles in the tint, but they took care of it professionally and in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend this place.

I recently purchased a 2024 Crosstrek wilderness and wanted to get fatter tires and a little bit more lift on it and I research these guys and they did nothing but a fantastic job. The quality of their workmanship is second to none even to the extent when I took the old tires, they actually put a full-size carpet in the back of my crosstrek to keep dirt and stuff from the old tires getting into my brand new car.I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who’s looking to have first rate workmanship and quality of parts and on top of that they have great personalities.
