When you arrive at Autoplex, an accessory expert will greet you with the appropriate safety equipment and attire to ensure a No-Contact experience. We’ll warmly welcome you with a smile but will refrain from shaking your hand. We’ll practice appropriate social distancing and start the check in process.
Our team member continues to practice proper social distancing while doing an inspection of your vehicle. Once finished, a technician will pull your vehicle into the shop to begin installation. Before we take the vehicle, we’ll sanitize the frequently touched surfaces with disinfectant wipes.
We’re taking action to prevent the spread of the virus by following the guidelines put forth by the CDC. We’ve rearranged the guest seating areas for your safety. We’ve also increased the number of times our staff cleans and disinfects common areas by sterilizing all customer-facing and employee common areas throughout the day.
Our team will sanitize your vehicle before we return it to you. We’ll wipe down all of the commonly-touched areas of the vehicle. These areas include are but not limited to door handles, steering wheel, gear shift knobs, etc. We’ll also disinfect your keys for a safe and comfortable return trip home.
When it’s time to pay, we’ll have you insert your card into our card reader to minimize contact. We can also manually enter your card information if you would prefer no contact, just let us know! We strongly discourage using cash for payment if at all possible due to the number of people that come into contact with each bill.
Ensuring your comfort and safety during your visit is our top priority, and that extends to when you leave our facility as well. We want you to have the peace of mind that your vehicle was upgraded by professionals who have your safety in mind throughout the visit.
