Wow! Just WOW! Cilla and everyone at Autoplex in Colorado Springs absolutely WOWED me with their customer service. I needed to put a topper on truck to make an unexpected trip out of state. And I was in a bit of a jam; I needed to find one that would fit my truck and I needed it installed quickly. I thought, "no way am I going to find a topper and get it installed in just a couple of days."
Autoplex in Littleton had two in stock, but I was so pressed for time it was going to be diffcult to make time to get up there. I called the Littleton store about having it transfered to the Springs and the lady I talked to said, that had to be coordinated with the Springs store. But she didn't just say call that store. Instead she said, "let me call Priscilla in the Springs and see what they can do." She put me on hold and called Cilla, and came back to tell me Cilla would call me right back. I'm so used to bad customer service I thought, "ya, right, they'll never call." I was wrong, she called in less than 5 minutes. I told her what I needed and asked how long it would take to get it transfered from the Littleton store. She told me it could be a week or two. Yikes, I didn't have that long. I told Cilla what was going on and she said, "let me see what we can do." The next day someone was headed to Littleton to get the topper for me and the day after that they had me scheduled for an install. I was shocked that they went out of their way to accomodate my needs. I'm not one of those customer that expects special treatment. But I honestly felt like I was being treated very special by Cilla.
The install experience was even great. They were so accomodating and made sure my needs were met. I highly recommend this company. If you need any truck accessories call Cilla! She's awesome! And she knows what she's talking about.
