Built in 2016 to consolidate and upgrade two former Fort Collins locations, the Loveland shop was purpose-designed for high-volume, high-quality restyling. It’s not a converted warehouse or a repurposed auto shop — it was built specifically to do this work, and it shows.
Window tint pricing varies based on film type, vehicle size, and the number of windows. At Autoplex Loveland, we offer three LLumar ceramic film packages — CTX, Pinnacle, and Stratos — at different price points to match your budget and performance goals. Ceramic film costs more than basic dyed film but delivers significantly better heat rejection, UV blocking, and longevity, especially under Colorado’s intense high-altitude sun. Colorado law requires all side windows and the rear window to allow more than 27% visible light transmission (VLT). In practical terms, 28% VLT is the darkest legal tint for front and rear side windows. The rear window can be tinted to any darkness if your vehicle has dual side mirrors and your front side windows meet 70% VLT or higher. Red and amber tint colors are prohibited statewide, and metallic or mirrored finishes are not allowed on any window. Illegal tint is a Class B traffic infraction in Colorado with fines ranging from $500 to $5,000. Our technicians install only legal, compliant tint and will advise you on the right shade for your vehicle.
A full window tint installation at Autoplex Loveland typically takes two to four hours, depending on your vehicle’s size, the number of windows, and the film package selected. We recommend dropping your vehicle off in the morning so it’s ready for pickup that afternoon. We’ll confirm a specific timeframe when you schedule your appointment.
For Colorado drivers, yes — ceramic tint is almost always worth it. Colorado’s high-altitude UV index regularly ranks in the top ten nationally, meaning your vehicle is exposed to more intense solar radiation than most of the country. Ceramic films like our LLumar Pinnacle and Stratos packages reject significantly more infrared heat than standard dyed films, reduce interior fade, and block 99%+ of UV rays without interfering with GPS, cell signal, or TPMS sensors. They also last longer and hold their color without turning purple over time. If you spend significant time in your vehicle, ceramic is a smart long-term investment.
Autoplex Loveland is the exclusive authorized dealer for A.R.E. truck caps across the Northern Colorado Front Range territory — the only shop in the region with full A.R.E. dealer status. We also carry LEER and SnugTop. All three brands are available in fiberglass and aluminum configurations, and we maintain a large in-stock inventory for faster turnaround. Custom orders are also available for specific color matches, glass configurations, and feature packages.
Yes. Factory color-matching is one of our most popular topper options. We work with our cap manufacturers to match your truck’s OEM paint code precisely. Keep in mind that custom color-matched orders typically require 3–6 weeks of production time. If you need something sooner, we often have in-stock toppers in common colors. Yes. We apply spray-on bedliners that bond directly to your truck bed surface for a permanent, textured, and impact-resistant finish. Unlike drop-in liners, spray-on bedliners won’t rattle, shift, or trap moisture underneath. We can also spray wheel wells and other exterior surfaces for added protection against gravel, salt, and road debris — especially useful on Northern Colorado’s I-25 and mountain route corridors.
Yes. Remote start and vehicle security systems are available at our Loveland location — a popular upgrade for Northern Colorado winters. We install professional-grade systems that integrate with your vehicle’s existing key fob or connect via a smartphone app, so you can warm up your truck from inside without walking out in the cold.
