More Information
Our state-of-the-art, high-pressure spray on bed liner system allows us to spray 100% solids, meaning we don’t add thinners or solvents to the bed lining material. This delivers a virtually impenetrable polyurethane coating and a more consistent spray pattern and texture. It also means a tack-free time of roughly 10 seconds!
But the most important difference with our liners – they are composed of the highest quality polyurethanes available, with the highest levels of a UV inhibitor to protect your liner from the sun. This is what prevents the bed liner from becoming chalky looking, fading, and becoming dull over time. Unlike other spray-in bed coatings out there, our polyurethane formula has UV inhibitor mixed in – for FREE! It is not a top coat.
This is why we back our liners with a lifetime warranty! If the bed liner ever fails or peels, we will redo it for free. We have samples of the material that we use for you to touch and feel in our showroom, stop in and check it out.
Important notes:
Under-the-Rail: This package will protect the painted metal surfaces of your bed below the plastic bed-rail caps. If your truck is an older model year and does not have plastic bed-rail caps, you may upgrade in-store during your appointment to an “Over-the-Rail” bed liner if you’d like to protect the top surfaces of the bed sides. This option may or may not be available for your vehicle and is an additional $100.
Metal Beds Only: Our polyurea bed liner material is design to adhere to a properly prepped painted metal surface. For this reason, we do NOT spray composite beds. Composite beds generally have a black plastic appearance. Common models with composite beds include: 2005+ Toyota Tacoma, 2023+ Toyota Tundra, and 2023+ GMC Trucks with “CarbonPro” bed.
Pricing includes installation, but does not include:- Removal of bed accessories (ex: tonneau covers, tool boxes, in-bed hitches)
- Cleaning of fluids or chemical spills in the bed (ex: oil, gasoline, diesel)
- Removal of personal belongings and/or debris (ex: excessive snow, leaves, trash)
