Not all Spray-In Bed Liners Are Created Equal!
When you think of a durable coating for your truck bed, you probably instantly think of brand names like LineX, Rhino Liner, Reflex Liner, Scorpion Coatings, Bullet Liner, etc. But these are just brand names of spray-on truck bed liners. And not all of these brands are created equal. The big names like Line-X and Rhino Lining are selling an inferior product, missing key components that cause them to break down from the UV exposure from the sun or fade and become white and chalky. They want you to pay extra to upgrade to a higher quality material that includes UV-inhibitor, something that EVERY bed liner should include standard. THIS is the difference with Autoplex’s spray-on bed liners.
Our state of the art, high pressure spray-in bed liner system allows us to spray 100% solids, meaning we don’t add thinners or solvents to the bed lining material. This delivers a more consistent spray pattern and texture, and a virtually impenetrable polyurethane coating. It also means a tack-free time of roughly 10 seconds!
But the most important difference with our liners… they are composed of the highest quality polyurethanes available, with the highest levels of UV inhibitor to protect your liner from the sun. This is what prevents the bed liner from becoming chalky looking, fading, and becoming dull over time. Unlike other spray-in bed coatings out there, our bed liners have UV inhibitor mixed in with the two-part forumla. It is not a top coat.
